fantastic stay!
welcome feeling evening show quick drinks
the animation team. they encouraged participation in daily activities. i particularly enjoyed the evening shows they put on, it made my holiday special. the bar staff were also great, drinks arrived quickly while i enjoyed the shows.
the gym could use a bit more equipment.

solid stay at a reasonable price
clean room food option
the cleaning staff made sure the rooms were very clean. i also enjoyed the good mix of food options. the beach is well maintained. plenty of bars are available.
i was told i was upgraded, but i was put in a twin room instead of a double i had booked. someone just pushed the beds together. there was still the gap in the middle.

the staff was cute and helpful. they were always ready with a smile and eager to assist with anything i needed. i thank the guest relations team, they were equally helpful. the service was amazing.

lovely place and amazing staff
delicious food great choice kind staff
i want thank the team at this resort for my stay. the food was very tasty and good. a lot of choices were available. all a carte restaurants was also delicious. i especially appreciate the kindness of the staff, so helpful. what a plus.
the pools was a little cold, but everything else was great.

the staff is always ready to help with anything you need. they don't demand a tip, very uncommon in egypt. mr mohamed sobhy gave extra attention and support which i valued a lot.

the resort has four large swimming pools. gardens are well maintained with flowers and palm trees, very pretty. the main pool area features a swim up bar and plenty of sun loungers for all guests.

The main dining hall had many dishes. There was also a burger pizza and pasta station that served salads chicken and desserts. The hotel was next to the beach. Snorkeling off the jetty was great. I saw coral and sealife. There were many varieties of colorful fish.
The bathroom needed a small refresh.

rainfall shower free towels calm surroundings
the hotel gave me a lovely room. my room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. free beach towels made trips to the beach easier, so my heart was at peace. the atmosphere was serene with calm surroundings.
premium alcohol was non existent. this was a bit of a letdown. i wished i was warned in advance.

friendly staff upgraded suite added luxury
Every staff member was friendly. I especially appreciated Mr Mohamed Sobhy's personal attention. He surprised me by upgrading my room to a magnificent suite. The suite had enhanced luxury.
The internet connection was not consistently reliable. I had some trouble staying connected at certain times of the day.

grouting condition drainage issue
The room had a certain charm, but it also had issues. Grouting in the bathroom definitely needed some attention. The shower was not draining correctly, drainage issue. These are the issues that need to be fixed.
