i want thank the team at this resort for my stay. the food was very tasty and good. a lot of choices were available. all a carte restaurants was also delicious. i especially appreciate the kindness of the staff, so helpful. what a plus.

the pools was a little cold, but everything else was great.

the staff is always ready to help with anything you need. they don't demand a tip, very uncommon in egypt. mr mohamed sobhy gave extra attention and support which i valued a lot.

my room included air conditioning and a mini bar with complimentary drinks. bottled water was provided daily by housekeeping, a very nice touch. the room had comfortable beds and a balcony with a table and chairs.

the resort has four large swimming pools. gardens are well maintained with flowers and palm trees, very pretty. the main pool area features a swim up bar and plenty of sun loungers for all guests.

The main dining hall had many dishes. There was also a burger pizza and pasta station that served salads chicken and desserts. The hotel was next to the beach. Snorkeling off the jetty was great. I saw coral and sealife. There were many varieties of colorful fish.

The bathroom needed a small refresh.

the hotel gave me a lovely room. my room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. free beach towels made trips to the beach easier, so my heart was at peace. the atmosphere was serene with calm surroundings.

premium alcohol was non existent. this was a bit of a letdown. i wished i was warned in advance.

Every staff member was friendly. I especially appreciated Mr Mohamed Sobhy's personal attention. He surprised me by upgrading my room to a magnificent suite. The suite had enhanced luxury.

The internet connection was not consistently reliable. I had some trouble staying connected at certain times of the day.

The room had a certain charm, but it also had issues. Grouting in the bathroom definitely needed some attention. The shower was not draining correctly, drainage issue. These are the issues that need to be fixed.
